The National Steel Bird of China

The national bird of China is the Red Crowned Crane as seen here. The photo was taken during a recent outing in Shanghai. North Shanghai on line 11 Nanxiang metro stop. My feeble attempt at humor stems from the massive growth we see all around us. Whether in Shanghai, Luxu, or Suzhou, growth is everywhere as can be seen by the building sites and yellow cranes all around.

I call these big toys for big boys; however, I’m sure there are women crane operators somewhere. Do you know of a woman crane operator? Enjoy!
